Rules

Men’s Attire
Men are required to wear jeans only during the event. This attire emphasizes a rugged and masculine look, showcasing the hard work and dedication they have put into their physique. The jeans should be clean, well-fitted, and free from any excessive embellishments or designs.

Women’s Attire
Women are required to wear a sports bra and form-fitting workout shorts to highlight their toned muscles and overall fitness. Additionally, heels are required to accentuate the feminine aspect of their physique and add an elegant touch to their presentation. It is recommended to choose heels that are comfortable to wear and provide stability during the competition.

Competitor’s Meeting
The competitors meeting will take place on Friday, APRIL 4TH at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the Georgia international convention center. The purpose of this meeting is to provide important information, clarify rules and regulations, and address any last-minute queries from the participants.
It is mandatory for all competitors to attend the meeting as it ensures everyone is well-informed and prepared for the event. The meeting will cover various aspects such as the competition schedule, judging criteria, stage protocols, and any updates or changes to the event.
